Warranty & Replacements

Genuine Lifetime Warranty • Unlimited Replacements

All products designated with a Lifetime duration include an active lifetime warranty with unlimited replacements throughout the lifespan of the product.

  • FA (Full Access) Warranty: Full Access accounts carry warranty coverage strictly for the duration selected during checkout (e.g. 1 Month, 3 Months, 12 Months).
  • Method Patches & Supplier Disruption: If an external streaming platform, AI service, or supplier patches their delivery method or discontinues service globally, replacements and refunds cannot be provided.
  • All Sales Final (No Monetary Refunds): Due to the instant delivery nature of digital credentials, we do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances. All verified issues are resolved promptly via replacement.
  • Roblox & In-Game Purchases: In-game transactions and currency purchases are subject to third-party network policies. Supplier interruptions cannot be refunded or compensated.

How to Claim Warranty

  • 24-Hour Vouch Requirement: You must submit a delivery confirmation / vouch within 24 hours of receiving your product in our official Discord. If you do not vouch within 24 hours, warranty coverage becomes invalid.
  • Full Uncropped Screenshot: All warranty replacement claims require a full, uncropped screenshot showing the error message, username/email, and system desktop/clock.
  • Strict Proof Standard: Any cropped, edited, obscured, or incomplete screenshot is strictly invalid. No uncropped screenshot = no warranty.

What Voids Your Warranty

Warranty protection is immediately voided and replacement rights revoked if failure occurs due to:

Changing passwords on shared accounts
Sharing credentials with third parties
Unsafe, multiple or suspicious device logins
VPN misuse triggering automated provider bans
User-triggered security flags or disputes
Changing profile names/PFP on family slots

  • PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) Only: PayPal payments must be sent strictly via Friends & Family with zero notes. Sending Goods & Services is prohibited and results in an immediate order cancellation and ban.
